OK, I see you're in Indiana. Make sure you're the biggest thing happening there. Find out if they have a public access show that you can send videos into and/or create your own local television show on.
Always try to hit local and college radio.
Then go to the next major city or state and work it hard with offline promotions like postcards and flyers which direct people to your website.

It would be easier for me to address your question if you have more specific questions because I'm not sure what kind of advice will help you.
In general, I will say to try to pick a physical location and focus on creating a buzz in that area. Also, are you on CDbaby.com? This will get you on itunes. Make videos and in the text, point your videos to your itunes and cdbaby links.
